HOLIDAY NOTICE

*All orders placed between December 20th 2021 and January 3rd 2022 will ship out the week of January 3rd*

USA

Carriers & Rates 

All domestic orders are shipped with UPS or USPS and multiple delivery methods are offered at checkout based on shipping speed. USPS Priority Mail Express, UPS Next Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air Early are available for guaranteed overnight delivery if placed by 10:00am PST Monday-Friday.

Dispatch Time

We ship out all orders within the same week that orders are received. Thank you for your patience. 

Track Your Order

Once your order has been fulfilled and leaves our warehouse, you will be sent an email that contains tracking information. While we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages, we will always do our best to help resolve the situation. Any additional questions or concerns about your order can be directed to inmyspareroom@gmail.com.

Carriers & Rates 

All international orders are shipped with DHL Express Worldwide or UPS (multiple delivery methods are offered at checkout based on shipping speed). DHL Express Worldwide and UPS Worldwide Express will yield the fastest shipping time. We are not responsible for any additional import duties/tariffs that are billed to you by our shipping providers upon package entry into your country. Any order returned to us do to a refusal to pay import duties/tariffs will not be resent or refunded. 

Dispatch Time

We strive to ship out all orders the same business day that are received before 10:00am PST. Orders received after this time will be shipped out the next business day. Please be patient, as we occasionally may not be able to fulfill your order until the next business day even if placed by 12:00pm PST.
